- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies- Familiarity with test management tools and bug tracking systems- Experience with manual testing techniques and test case creation- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectivelywith cross-functional teams- ISTQB certification or any other relevant certifications will be a plus
