Your work
As a Talent Sourcer you are the specialist when it comes to attracting talent. Together with the team you will develop a sourcing strategy for the purpose of finding and retaining relevant (groups of) candidates. You identify and approach our potential hot candidates, you build your network and you know how to connect them to our customers at the right time. Whether you do this through direct search, by building Talent pools or by using a community with good content. You give effect to your ideas and roll up your sleeves. There is work to be done. And if, like us, you believe in sourcing as the product of the future, you get all the space you need to achieve your successes.

Tech & Touch
We believe in a winning combination of tech & touch. We use several on edge technologies and robotics to help you find the right candidates, active, latent and passive searching and your (human) touch will make the impact. On the other hand we use an AI conversational chatbot to assess the team and candidates. We do not believe in a one off.
Your profile
For this position we are looking for a professional who is curious and autonomous. Someone who does not turn his hand over for a day on a search behind his laptop screen, but also someone who takes responsibility, who actually delivers and therefore does not give up until the right candidate is found. You work fact-based, are open to new developments and love to experiment. You break with old patterns and are tech savvy. And your education? This can be anything from economics to HRM or journalism. Much more important is your eagerness for the Talent Sourcing course.

- High school/ university level thinking and working level
- 2-5 years of work experience within Recruitment (commercial recruitment or sourcing is an advantage)
- Experience in sourcing, search, screening and selection methods
- Experience with internet search tools and deployment of booleansearch
- Knowledge of the tech/digital market, expertise Recruitment / Talent Sourcing, Employer Branding
